The location was fantastic, right next to a beautiful area on the lakes and the Cotswold water park. The Church of Holy Trinity was easily accessible, only 1 km away. The good service and attention to detail were commendable. They even offered a bar in the reception.

The location of the hotel in the water park was ideal for walking in the area and the spa and gym facillities were good. The appartment was comfortable and well equiped.

A lovely half hour walk around the lakes suitable for children. We enjoyed the spa, and went to the medievil town of cirencester. There was also a animal farm locally.
Would of been great if there was a out door play area.

Quietness and when we had a room next to a very loud boiler, on request they changed us to another, much appreciated. Water views lovely from restaurant.

Great stay for two nights! The rooms were spacious and had outdoor access, which was a big plus. The beds were super comfy and the oven worked perfectly. The staff was really nice. 👌

the accommodation was excellent and although the hotel was slightly remote Cirencester could be reached by Taxi for around the £12 mark so I could enjoy a drink as well as a meal.
